# Multisite setup issues continued

 * My site is a multisite.
    So, I set mycred to “Network activate”. I disabled “
   Master template” But I enabled “Central logging”.
 * I have 5 sub-sites.
    I have deactivated MyCred on 2 of them. All seems to work
   as required on the other 3 sites with mycred.
 * Today I added a new sub-site. but, MyCred is not activating on this site. I dont
   understand why.
 * Mycred is showing as “network active” on this new site. But it is not activating.
 * It is NOT on my “site block” list.
 * When I click “settings” from Mycred in the dashboard>plugins page, to access 
   the page mysite.com/subsite/wp-admin/admin.php?page=mycred-settings I get an 
   error _“Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”_
 * I deactivated all other plugins to check for issues. Problem persists.
 * Suggestions?

 * I did. 2 days ago. Ticket number MYCREDSUP-1074.
    But when I finally managed 
   to login to your website, this ticket no longer exists (?)
 * So I created a new one MYCREDSUP-1087.
    Here’s hoping you find this one.
