 * Hey!
    First of all, i love this plugin! Just found it and i’ve added it to several
   client sites.
 * I have my own sites on a multisite installation and i can’t make the plugin work.
 * 1. When i try to Network activate the plugin the backend shuts down and tell
   me that i don’t have any permissions.
 * 2. If i go to the specific site to activate it works, but i can’t enable the
   PAGE CACHE. when i try i get this error:
    Page Rule validation failed: See messages
   for details. (err code: 1004 ) – I know the connection is right, because this
   works on the other sites where i use your plugin and i’ve tried APPI and Token.
 * Thanks!
    Keviin

 * Hi [@cadimaio](https://wordpress.org/support/users/cadimaio/) ,
    **about the
   first question:**
 * you have to install it for each website cause you need to add an ad-hoc configuration
   for each of them. When you use WP Cloudflare Super Page Cache you must choose,
   after enter the API keys in the settings page, the domain name where activate
   the page cache.
 * For this reason you have to install the plugin separately for each website ’cause
   there isn’t a way to setup multiple domains from a unique interface.
 * This choice is desired because each domain can belong to different Cloudflare
   account.
 * **About the second question, this is a copy and paste from the FAQ section:**
 * Login to Cloudflare, click on your domain and go to Page Rules section. Check
   if a Cache Everything page rule already exists for your domain. If yes, delete
   it. Now from the settings page of WP Cloudflare Super Page Cache, disable and
   re-enable the cache
 * If you still have problem, send me private email to [Redacted] so I can check
   your website and fix 🙂
 * Have a nice day!

    I’ve
   deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well
   but please _never ask for credentials on these forums._
 * [https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#the-bad-stuff](https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#the-bad-stuff)
 * Also, please read this article on the [nuances of such a request](https://make.wordpress.org/support/2019/11/linking-to-your-own-support-sites/).
 * Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and
   a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some
   ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the
   person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.
 * If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable
   for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided
   without warranty.
 * **Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us escalating
   this to the plugins team.**
    It’s never necessary to do that. Here’s why. There
   are many ways to get information you need and accessing the user’s site is not
   one of them. That’s going too far.
    - Ask for a link to the [http://pastebin.com/](http://pastebin.com/) log of
      the user’s web server error log.
    - Ask the user to create and post a link to their `phpinfo();` output.
    - Ask the user to install the [Health Check plugin](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/health-check/)
      and get the data that way.
    - Walk the user through [enabling WP_DEBUG and how to log that output to a file and how to share that file.](https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/#wp_debug)
    - Walk the user through basic troubleshooting steps such and disabling all other
      plugins, clear their cache and cookies and try again.
    - Ask the user for the step-by-step on how they can reproduce the problem.
 * You get the idea.
    Volunteer support is not easy. But these forums need to a
   safe place for all users, experienced or new. Accessing their system that way
   is a short cut that will get you into real trouble in these forums.
 * I have flagged your account for moderation. Whenever you post anything, it will
   be checked by moderator before getting public.
 * If you want to discuss this, please come to Slack channel `#forums` and ask.
   You’ll find moderators there almost all day and all night.

 * Hi [@tobifjellner](https://wordpress.org/support/users/tobifjellner/) ,
    I wasn’t
   aware of these rules, I’m sorry. My intent of course was not to have access to
   the backend but to verify the specific case to offer a high support experience.
 * As you know, it is much quicker to check by yourself, fix and release a new stable
   version of the plugin than to ask for information all the time. But now that,
   thanks to you, I have been able to read these guidelines, I will respect them
   🙂
 * Have a nice day
