 * Hi,
 * Could you please tell me if something is possible –
 * I am attempting to create 2 completely seperate portals where users can log in
   too on WordPress Multisite. I have installed multisite on my WordPress site,
   and I’ve set up the 1st portal and have added all the users so they can log in
   to that portal. So far so good!
 * But, when I’ve gone onto the different WP multisite URL to add a 2nd portal on
   there, it won’t let me add any users who are part of portal 1 as it says the
   email has already been used. Even if I delete them completely from portal 1 and
   they aren’t on the user section anymore on either sections/portals, it still
   says that email has been used.
 * Is there any way I can get this plugin to work separately on 2 different multisite
   installs or will they always be combined?
 * Many thanks in advance

 * Hi,
 * Many thanks for the link. Sorry if I’ve misunderstood but I think that article
   is for the opposite – if you want all the users to be linked across all multisite
   sites.
 * I’m looking for the opposite, to have users not linked across any and have users
   with the same email but with different passwords for each multisite login?
 * Or is having different passwords for different membership levels something that
   can be done?
 * Many thanks for your help

 * Hi, you cannot have users with the same e-mail address and have different passwords
   for each sub-site. This is not how this membership plugin works.
 * I also updated the documentation to better explain how to set up Simple Membership
   in a multi-site network environment. There were some very import points missing.
 * If you don’t need any more help with this thread can you mark this support thread
   as resolved.
 * Thank you
