# Multisite users problems

 * hi there, congrats for your great plugin.
 * i’m using the latest free version of booking ultra pro, and experiencing some
   problems with multisite install.
 * **the problems don’t occur with the root site (main network site), only subsites.**
 * to reproduce the problems:
 * 1 – access the dashboard of a **subsite** with any user.
    2 – create category,
   service and staff, assigning services and schedules to it. 3 – try to create 
   new appointment 4 – note that services are loading normally, but when you select
   one of them, the staff are not being loaded, and you aren’t able to proceed. 
   5 – also you can’t load previously registered clients below.
 * is it possible to fix?
