Multisite widget problem

I have a very strange problem in multisite.

I created two idencital sites (English and Croatian version) and I created awesome weather widget on both sites. However, even though I put exaclty the same options weather is different and it acts strange.
There are several problems:
1. I put exact same location, and widget is sometime shown, sometimes it isn’t
2. If I put for example Location “Split, HRV” it works, then I change it to “Zagreb, HRV” then it doesn’t work, then again I return to “Split, HRV” but this time it doesn’t work
3. I create widget with same options in both sites, and widget works on one site, but it doesn’t work on another, or sometimes it works on both but weather is different (2 C and 9 C)

Finally, I managed (I don’t know how) to set it up, but now I see that sometime weather widget is not shown. (I refresh site 10 times, and 5 times i can see it and 5 times I can’t)

And where can I see country codes ?????? (What is it for Croatia??)
