 * Hello, does the plugin work on a Multisite network?
 * In that case how are individual subscriptions or registrations managed?
 * Thanks.

 * [@john](https://wordpress.org/support/users/john/),
 * Multisite is supported but Subscribe2 must be activated on a blog by blog basis.
   Public Subscribers work the same way while Registered Subscribers can also see
   other network blogs using Subscribe2.

 * Excellent, that’s fine then.
 * What do you mean exactly by “Registered Subscribers can also **see** other network
   blogs”?
    Do you mean in case other blogs are not public? Or that if a Reg. Subscriber
   registers at one blog he may also comment at another one?

 * [@john](https://wordpress.org/support/users/john/),
 * In the subscribe2->Your Profile screen there is a list of other blogs but it
   excludes archived, deleted, mature and spam blogs.
 * If they are not a member of that blog they are added when they choose to get
   notifications from that site.

 * One more question related to your first answer above:
 * If I setup Public Subscriber on a network site (sub-domain) it means that there
   will be single registration process both for becoming a subscriber of the sub-
   site AND for getting blog updates? Is that right?

 * [@john](https://wordpress.org/support/users/john/),
 * No, Public Subscribers in Subscribe2 are not registered in WordPress.

 * That’s a pity.
 * I really can’t get the idea why a visitor has to register twice at a blog – once
   for commenting and another one for getting the blog updates/newsletters.
 * Is there no way to add a check box to subscriber’s registrations so that they
   also opt-in for the newsletter?

 * [@john](https://wordpress.org/support/users/john/),
 * Yes, there is the possibility to add a check box to the registration form and
   the comment form. These are enabled in the Subscribe2->Settings page in the Registered
   Users tab under the Auto-Subscribe heading.

 * I already enabled that option but nothing shows at registration page. Do I have
   to also add there, in registration page, the S2 shortcode?

 * [@john](https://wordpress.org/support/users/john/),
 * It’s working right now on my sites. Are you using the core /wp-login.php?action
   =register page? Have you got other plugins running on that page?
 *  Thread Starter [John](https://wordpress.org/support/users/dsl225/)

 * No, not the core page.
    It’s Multisite and the main site has it’s own shortcode
   for registrations and the network sites either re-direct visitors to the same
   or another per site page using “Join my Multisite” plugin.
 * Is there a way to insert the checkboxes in custom pages?

 * [@john](https://wordpress.org/support/users/john/),
 * That would need “Join my Multisie” to support hooking into their functions and
   I can’t see that this is available from their code.

 * Hi again, still trying to set this up correctly…
 * As I can’t insert the check box in my custom registration pages, I’ll opt for
   auto-subscription option. But I need to verify 2 related points with you:
 * 1. When I enable the “automatic” option in auto-subscribe for Registered Users(
   Subscribe new users registering with your blog) does this mean that any user
   the registers for posting a comment (and gets the default user role “subscriber”)
   for instance will automatically receive further updates for the blogs I’ve chosen?
 * 2. I’ve also checked the last option at the same settings page (“Show one-click
   subscription on profile page:”) but when I check my profile, I see that the corresponding
   checkbox is currently un-checked under Email Subscription – Subscribe / Unsubscribe–
   Receive notifications. I understand this should be checked as my profile is well
   listed under the Registered Subscribers list. I’m I missing something here?

 * [@john](https://wordpress.org/support/users/john/),
 * 1/ Yes, anyone shoe newly registered will automatically be registered to all
   categories on the blog they are registering for, and will get notifications for
   future new content.
 * 2/ The One Click Subscriptions adds two buttons to the Your Subscriptions page
   under a “One Click Subscription / Unsubscription” heading. One will, on being
   clicked subscribe you to all categories and the other does the opposite. It saves
   your users a click to uncheck all categories and then click submit.
