Multivendor advice needed

Hi,

I am creating a site that will sell activities/experiences on behalf of the vendor of the actual activity.

I want to create the product, set the price and the info etc. but allow the vendor to EASILY update the availability by adding new timeslots (date & time) for each activity. I don’t want them to have to use the WordPress backend etc. so looking for something that offers a better user experience.

The activities will have 1 or 2 attributes, normally just age category (adult/child) BUT will have specific availability for each attribute (this can be different each time so it needs to be easily set each time). For example:

Activity: Kayaking
Date & Time: 16/10/2021 17:00
Adult Availability: 10
Child Availability: 5
______________________________________

Activity: Kayaking
Date & Time: 18/10/2021 14:30
Adult Availability: 6
Child Availability: 3

Can anyone recommend a plugin that will meet these requirements? I’ve been looking and trialling a lot of different ones and while some may have the functionality it’s always very difficult and long winded.

I assume it will need to be a multivendor style plugin but I’m not sure if it actually needs to be for what I want?
