# Mxchat Form doesn’ trigger?

 * I just upgraded to pro and created my first Form. However, when I tested this
   form on front end, it doesn’t trigger on the relevant questions:

 * Solved this issue by lowering similarity threshold to 65%. Really amazing product!!
