 * After using this plugin and activate the facebook comments my old comments gone
   missing after that.
 * Is there any ways to show both comments Facebook and WordPress comments instead?

 * If you are running plugin version 1.3 or later the Comments Box plugin should
   display inside a custom comment template and include your existing WordPress 
   comments.

 * I have resolve the problem by using another plugins ([http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/facebook-comments-plugin/](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/facebook-comments-plugin/)).
 * With this plugin I can control the placement where the comments should show up.

 * For now its solve the problem but not in the nice way
