My Conditional Fields Are Now Working

Here is the issue:
I have WP Fastest Cache Premium

WHen I check the box **Render Blocking Js Remove render-blocking JavaScript:

I click ok.

Clear Cache

Now when people select the MAKE of their vehicles, the models (conditional field) is not appearing.

I am a NOVICE when it comes to code. If you offer solution to help me please keep that in mind. Do I go to Appearance: Editor to select a file to edit or my File Manager in Bluehost.

I hope someone can help me figure this out.
