# My posts on wordpress.com?

 * I run an wordpress site for my Club and also have a wordpress.com blog for my
   self where i blog about stuff not related to my club.
 * when bloggin on wordpress.com i noticed a related posts at the bottom of the 
   post i was writing and noted it linked to a hosted wordpress.org 3.5.1 install.
   I was wondering how this was achieved? I’d love to be able to share my club posts
   to the wordpress.com network in this way as many people blog about the similar
   interest as my club (local offroad driving club)

   plugin –

 * it must be possible as mentioned the post that came up was a wordpress org site
   and i was posting on the .com site

 * yeah i have jetpack installed but cant see where or what to do to share with 
   wordpress.com

 * also noticed that when loged into wordpress.com and i visit someones wordpress.
   org site i sometimes get the wordpress.com admin bar at the top to all a repost
   of the posts im reading… this doesn’t work on my .org site
