On the mobile page I see 4 JavaScript codes added with the plugin.

The plugin’s function is to add the codes to the website. From this point of view the plugin works alright. It is up to you to ensure that JavaScript code you add does what you want it to do.

    Hi Diana,
Thank you for your fast reply.
Could you check the desktop version, please?

I reinstall the plugin and deploy the “footer.js”. This script is responsible to create a collapsible footer for small screens (responsive).

It is not working. The mobile website is a copy from the desktop and I cant see why it is not working.

Thank you very much for your support.
    Best regards,

    Hi Diana,
Yes, you are right. The mobile website it works fine. The plugin works very well.
The same for the desktop version.

However, I update the “Theme.js” and then it stopped to work. I tried other JF files and all stop to work. So I decided to reinstall the plugin and the problem is still happening.

Maybe I should refresh the WordPress cache? I do not know.

Thank you very much for your support.
    Best regards,

If you have a WordPress caching plugin, then yes, you could try purging the caches.

But if you updated the “Theme.js” custom code and afterwards it wasn’t working, then it is not because of the Simple Custom CSS and JS plugin, but because of the changes in the “Theme.js” code.

Try reversing the “Theme.js” code to what it was before and everything will be working fine.

If you need to update and it doesn’t work, then please ask for support from the person responsible for the changes in the “Theme.js” code.

    Hi Diana,
The problem is not the JS file. Because it works in the mobile domain.
Now all codes do not work.
    Thanks for your attention.

Please open the website and click “Ctrl + U”. That will open the page’s HTML source code. Are the JS codes in the HTML or not? You can search parts of the JS code to find them.

Currently I see three JS custom codes on your frontpage (the desktop version of the website). If the JS custom codes are in the HTML source code, then the plugin works alright. If they are present and the “don’t work”, then there is something wrong with the JS, not with the plugin.
