My WordPress UI is broken

I’ve updated my WordPress Blog a day earlier to v.3.9.1, after the successful update the UI of my WordPress’s “adminmenu”(navigation menu) is broken and everything seems to be unmanaged. Screenshot of Buggy WordPress Page This only happens when i’ve something selected on the navigation menu (adminmenu) else everything seems normal, for example when updating a plugin the new window with “activate plugin” button seems normal. I hope you understand the problem.
