MyPopUs – Popups do not work anymore

    My 14 days free version expired, but I created a ticket 2 weeks ago that the functionality with Desktop PopUps in combination with Mobile Popups do not work. As long as the ticket is not solved, I will buy a STANDARD or ADVANCED. But the Free version needs to be extended so your programmers can work out the bug. So please release and extend the Free version.

    As I wrote, the popup version on desktop (“Need more info about Plus500? V2“) does not work.

    Only the popup version (“Need more info about Plus500? – Mobile V2“) on cell phone works.

    Together the popup versions do not work (only either or).

    The issue marked as conflict mobile+desktop was resolved on our side.
    My apologies for the delay as well, I didn’t get notification with your reply.

    I’ll manually try to reproduce the issue on different site and double confirm that it’s fixed now, afterwords update you on it 🙂

    I was able to reproduce the issue on different site as well.
    The issue was not caused by conflict of mobile + desktop pop-ups.

    It looks like rule “show at scroll %” was overwriting all other pop-ups.
    The issue is already fixed and released to live.

    I also extended your trial by 3 days, so you can try it out.
