Name casing modified presentation.

Users can be created with non-first letter capitaliztion in their first and lastnames, such as firstname = “A.J.” and lastname = “Nameone-Nametwo”.
When presented on the profile or account page using the Ultimate Member plugin, this name gets rendered as “A.b. Nameone-nametwo”, but should be rendered as “A.B. Nameone-Nametwo”, as it is in the WordPress database.
Looking at the html sourcecode of the page, it looks like it’s modified in the php layer, and not via css.
