# Name Encoding problem

 * hello,
    After an update we are facing problem with name encoding upon receive
   of the email. All other email elements are displaying correctly but name is not.
 * More specifically name is show up in hexadecimal.
    I can’t figure out if this
   problem occured while we updated the php version or occured some other moment
   while updated some plugin.
 * Any help will be much apreciated

 * You should test both of these changes to try to find the source of the problem.
 * [Health Check](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/) is a good way to 
   check this on a live site. It’s planned to be made part of WordPress Core in 
   coming releases.
