###NAME### not resolving

The automatic emails that are sent have the ###NAME### replaced with the user’s email address, if they did not input a name. When I send an email through cron or immediately, the ###NAME### is blank, instead of the email address.

Could you make it resolve to the email address for cron and immediately, the way it does for automated (e.g. the confirmation) emails?
