# NaN Error when voting

 * Hi,
 * Great plugin and will likely go to pro.
 * Only issue I have is when site users vote and click thumbs up it shows ‘NaN’ 
   rather than increment by +1
 * Any ideas?
 * PHP Version: 7.3.16-1+0~20200320.56+debian8~1.gbp370a75
    Wordpress Version: 5.4
   Plugin Version: 7.7 Is Pro User: NO

   Was the idea that you wish to vote on, was this created from the backend or frontend?

 * Resolved. Issue is shortcode text was bold. It now works.
