# Native comments problem

 * Bit of a strange one this and I’ve not managed to find anything else in the forums
   or on the internet of anyone with a similar issue! I have native WP comments 
   and I’m having an intermittent problem with return visitors to my site. When 
   they try and comment on a new post, it is showing them that they are logged in
   as me and that they are unable to comment unless they log out. It then won’t 
   let them log out or leave a comment.
 * Help, how do I rectify this??

   error. It could be a plugin causing this error. What plugins are you using on
   the website?
 * You could try deactivating plugins and see if that resolves the problem. I would
   recommend doing so on a staging site if possible (lots of WordPress hosts offers
   the capability to do this) so your live site will remain operational.
