Native video stat tracking

    hi everyone,

    the native video support for videos introduced in WordPress 3.6 is fantastic — the video player is the best I’ve seen. But I have just one problem — how do I track stats of how many people have played each video I embed?

    I have the Jetpack plugin installed for WordPress.com stats, and I also use Google Analytics. If someone could help me resolve this small issue, that would be fantastic.

    As far as I am aware, it is not possible to track video views via WordPress. Perhaps your hosts offer a stats package that you could use for this?
