 * Hello,
 * I am confused, since I noted there is a description:
 * **Since WordPress 4.7 version, this feature is now provided natively by WordPress.**
 * But we are using the latest wordpress version, and I did not found this feature
   natively supported.
 * What did I missed, or misundertand please?

 * Hi! In the WP 4.7 or newer, you can choose your administration language in your
   Profile (independently from site language), before it wasn’t possible at all.
   Now this plugins pulls out the switcher to the top bar (but uses the Profile 
   settings).
