Navigation Based on Language?

Hi – I’m trying to set up a website that has 2 languages. I set up 2 custom navigation under menus (Since one needs to be in English, and the other in Chinese). Now how do I go about targeting which post/page uses which navigation?

I found this post, which is exactly the problem I’m having, however, I’m still at a lost. How do I ‘trigger them by custom key value’ ?
