 * If ever you do migrations, switch over to SSL (https) or need to mass replace
   some content in the DB this is the tool I go to.
    Only times it has failed me
   is when a client uses a visual builder that came with their theme that base64
   encodes the content it submits into the db. It would be awesome if the developers
   baked in something that could handle this.
