# Need a plugin please help!

 * Hello,
 * I am in the process of creating pages on my WordPress site in which users can
   upload files. I need the files to be sorted by year and by month. Each folder
   will also have sub folders. Only certain users and groups will be able to access
   certain files.
 * Does anyone know of a plugin that is free that I can achieve this with? I have
   been looking everywhere for something like this. Any help is greatly appreciated!
