 * Hi there..
    I am Osayomi Francis Oluwarotimi and i am contacting you in respect
   of a need. I am trying to create a website as a project though, i did oracle 
   recently and i want to upgarde to a level of web development and so i thought
   of trying a project that will be worth my effort at least at the long run. I 
   am from Ekiti State in Nigeria and the project i try to sort out is the state
   house of assembly website, though they are building theirs with help from the
   government but believe me if i can run through this project in time and if its
   worht it then you might just be my sent from heaven. In short, i want to know
   if i can get a customise theme that will look like and have the features of any
   of this two or the two combined i.e [http://www.etisalat.com.ng](http://www.etisalat.com.ng)
   and [http://www.ekitistate.gov.ng](http://www.ekitistate.gov.ng) but with particular
   reference to the ekitistate.gov.ng. The theme will be compose of the colors red,
   green, and yellow with a green background and the header will have spaces for
   background pictures and two header images.I want a customise theme that i can
   edit to suit me with the help of plugins and please help me add the breadcrum
   navigational path, just make the theme look more like the ekitistate.gov.ng theme.
   You can add the neccessary creativity to the page template. i just want to know
   if this is possible and what will it cost me personally? If you can be my consultant
   and guide me through this project i will forever remain gratefull and to add 
   to that i will use the project as a reference to a paying project in a state
