I didn’t see options on how to change the upload image style. Currently now you can press a button to upload image and after that, a new button appears to attach second file. It does not include a drag-&-drop file select as shown in your images. This is to allow the styles provided by your theme to shine through as intended. It is the theme’s responsibility to provide styles for all elements, headings, lists, quotes, fields, and so forth. If you switch to Plain Text editor, you will find pre or code tags wrapping around the shortcode. You can also find this by using your browser to inspect the page markup.
