Congratulation for the nice Popup plugin We realy like it and we want to use in one of your client site. In the left navigation menu of WordPress go to Settings -> General. 2. Here find the first field – “Site Title”. Most likely it is empty on your site. “New Subscriber email From field” and “Confirmation email From field” options will work only in the case when this “Site Title” field is specified. That is why these options don’t work now on your site.
