# Need data rectification function

 * I love this plugin (I especially appreciated the setup wizard – made getting 
   started pretty easy). But I’d like a data rectification funtion added to the 
   privacy settings page. I saw that somebody else requested this [on another thread](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/rectification/),
   and the developer pointed to the infrequent use of such a function as a reason
   why it was not included.
 * I understand. My website isn’t very complicated, and I likely won’t receive many
   requests for data rectification (if any). But as a website owner, it’s important
   to know that “all the boxes are ticked” so to speak, especially with a picky 
   issue like GDPR compliance. I’d feel a lot better if this function was added,
   so I don’t have to think about it. It would also add a ton to the plugin’s marketability
   if you could say that it covers all areas of concern including data rectification.
 * Now I have to hunt down a separate plugin for that function to make sure I’m 
   prepared if such a request comes through. (I still love this plugin, though –
   thanks for the hard work!)
 * Just thought I’d leave feedback for future update ideas – please add a data rectification
   function!
