Yes, both addresses have been authorized, but now the pop-ups are not appearing on pages as they should. Your service, if it were to work as advertised, seems amazing.
It is very difficult to have confidence in it, though, when the visible items are not working as they should.

Yes, both addresses have been authorized, but now the pop-ups are not appearing on pages as they should.
If the form is showing up on some pages only, please note that a pop-up form won’t show on listing pages such as Blogs, Shop, Archives, etc.
It also won’t show on custom posts/pages or if you’ve already dismissed it previously. This information is stored as a popup_form_dismissed cookie. Clearing it as well as re-saving your form will make the pop-up appear again.
If a post is in 2 categories and you have 2 forms (one for each category), one of the forms will be displayed only, and it’s a random one.
If the form is not being displayed at all, it could be something wrong in your Settings or a theme/plugin conflict. Could you please share a page where the pop-up form should be displayed?

Out of frustration, I saw an option that said to display the popup on all pages. I chose that one.
The popup has appeared once, on one page, and was dismissed. Would that stop it from appearing at all?

Yes, it will stop being displayed for you.
If you want to see it again when logged, you can clear the cookies or try to re-save the pop-up form.

Thanks . . . I resaved the form and it appeared only once, no matter which page I clicked. Thanks for clarifying my question.
The question I have now is can I make the popup appear on each individual post, even if it has been dismissed on another post/page? In other words, I do not want it to appear again on the same post, but I would like for it to appear on all the other pages until it has been dismissed for THAT particular page.
