The issue is with the loopback. On the troubleshooting tab, you can have it try the plugins one at a time to see which is the problem. If you find that, let us know!
I deactivate some of the plugins and this show up on Health check

1. You could disable that plugin (when you need to edit) until they update it or
2. Edit locally and use FTP, SFTP, or your hosting control panel to upload files.
