Need help downgrading

    Hi,

    I have been using your plug-in for a while and really love it. However, I recently updated from the 1.x version and it doesn’t appear to be compatible with my setup. Maybe I’m missing something obvious, but for example under the Posts/Reorder menu the Select Menu is grayed out. Same for the Products/Reorder Menu. Clicking the Enable manual sorting button in the settings gives me a blank page.

    Everything worked well before updating so I think I just need to downgrade. I am worried that if I replace the current plug-in folder with a 1.x version I will lose my table information and have to reorder everything again. Can you explain how I can reinstall to a previous version while keeping the 1.x settings? Or maybe just point me to an FAQ which explains it.

    Hello Dan

    sorry to readd your troubles.

    The major difference between v1.x and v2.x is the way the data is stored.

    v1.x used a custom DB table which if you haven’t deleted you can simply overwrite the plugin folder with the last 1.x version (which you can download from the bottom of this page).

    Posts/Reorder menu the Select Menu is grayed out. Same for the Products/Reorder Menu.

    this is odd, and may be due to an error on the server side which you can trace if you enable your WP_DEBUG mode.
