I bought an Extra Package yesterday so I can grant security and anti-spam access to jendireiter.com for my colleague [email protected]. He does not have a CleanTalk account, but has not received an email invitation to create one even though I completed the grant form at https://cleantalk.org/my/grants?action=new

Please help.

Unfortunately, automatic account creation isn’t working right now. I’ve passed this information on to our developers.

Please create an account manually at https://cleantalk.org/register, and then reconfigure the grants.
