# Need Help Granting Access

 * I bought an Extra Package yesterday so I can grant security and anti-spam access
   to jendireiter.com for my colleague [dev@dallaswebagency.us](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/need-help-granting-access/dev@dallaswebagency.us?output_format=md).
   He does not have a CleanTalk account, but has not received an email invitation
   to create one even though I completed the grant form at [https://cleantalk.org/my/grants?action=new](https://cleantalk.org/my/grants?action=new)
 * Please help.
