Need Help Indenting Categories

Hello guys, I just set up my WordPress today, and I have run into a snag. The theme I am using is “My Lovely Theme.” My website can be found here

For some reason, my child categories are not indenting or showing up under their parent categories. If I change the category to a dropdown menu, they show up correctly. I am new with CSS so if you can give me a step by step it would be great.
