 * Hello,
 * I have had this plugin installed for few months but nothing ever gets updated.
   I installed WP-Control today to look at cron jobs, they all show up but still
   nothing is happening update-wise.
 * How can I try tracing the origin of the issue?
 * – I’ve updated to latest WordPress version manually successfully (from GUI)
    –
   It is not Cpanel related – Plugin settings show everything ok but no updates
   happen

 * More information:
 * Plugin version is latest Version 3.1.3
 * WP-Control reports only one cron starting with ‘cau’:
 * wp_update_themes
    cau_set_schedule_mail wp_update_plugins wp_update_themes wp_version_check
   wp_privacy_delete_old_export_files wp_scheduled_delete delete_expired_transients
 * In ‘Systeminfo’, everything shows ‘Active’ but ‘Next’ column refers to past time.

 * Ok, I have identified several permission issues on my instance when using a different
   update manager plugin.
    Hopefully this should be fixed soon.

 * So, even then, I couldn’t get it to work. I’m guessing part of my installation
   breaks this plugin somehow, but since the plugin fails very quietly (even with
   DEBUG active), I’m giving up for now.
