# Need Help Resetting Plugin

 * Hello team,
 * I manually deleted all images from my Cloudflare Images account. However, the
   plugin still shows all images as already offloaded, even though they no longer
   exist on Cloudflare.
 * Could you please guide me on how to reset the plugin so it recognizes that the
   images need to be re-uploaded? I would like to offload all images again through
   the plugin.

 * The plugin keeps track of offloaded images via the `_cloudflare_image_id` meta
   field. You will need to remove those from all images as well. The values are 
   stored in the `wp_postmeta` table, so you can just login via phpMyAdmin and bulk
   remove.
