Need Help to resolve plugins problem

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: get_wp_plugins() in /home2/thebarga/public_html/wp-content/plugins/plugins.php on line 155

    This is the error message appears when I click plugins to check that everyting has been uploaded ok.

    Anyone that could help me?????
