 * Hi there,
 * I’ve got a client who asked me to set up a redirection from the old server to
   the new server. So, I used your plugin and made the redirection happen using .
   htaccess. But now we’ve hit a snag.
 * Here’s the problem, the client doesn’t have the login details cuz’ it was the
   wife of a previous business partner who set it up. As a result, we can’t access
   the WordPress admin. So, my question is, is there any way we can deactivate this
   plugin somehow? We need to regain access to the WordPress admin.
 * Let me know if you’ve got any solutions or ideas. Appreciate the help!

 * Sorry, I haven’t clearly described our situation above. Point is, We don’t have
   access to the cPanel, but we tried to set up redirection using your plugin via
   the .htaccess file. The goal was to redirect the old domain to the new one. However,
   it seems like the redirection is only working for the wp-admin url. Whenever
   we try to access “/wp-admin,” it redirects us to the new domain. But when we
   try the old URL, it doesn’t redirect to the new domain. It’s working fine there.
 * Hope that clears things up. Let me know if you have any ideas or suggestions
   to fix this.

 * Hi [@nick7961](https://wordpress.org/support/users/nick7961/),
 * Thank you for reaching out to us. We’re here to help.
 * Based on the information provided, it seems that we may not be able to offer
   a direct solution in this particular situation. We recommend contacting your
   hosting provider for further assistance. They will be able to guide you through
   the necessary steps.
 * If you wish to make changes to the old hosting, your hosting provider might provide
   you with the IP address of the old server and FTP access. With that, you can
   access the .htaccess file and modify or remove the redirection.
 * Additionally, it would be beneficial to reach out to the support team of the
   new server to regain access to the WordPress admin from there.
 * Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any other questions or concerns.
   We’re here to support you.
 * Best Regards,
 * The Support Team – File Manager
