 * I have solved deleting, purge all caches and then re-installed the plug-in.
 * Now it works!

 * I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing with downloading the backup.
   The problem you described could be due to several reasons including server restrictions,
   hosting limitations, or conflicts with security plugins that might be blocking
   the download.
 * Here’s what you can do:
 * 1. **Check the Server and Hosting**: Ensure there are no server-side restrictions
   such as download size limits or security rules that might be preventing the download.
   You might need to contact your hosting provider for this information.
 * 2. **Security Plugins**: If you have security plugins installed, try temporarily
   disabling them to see if they are causing the issue. Security plugins can sometimes
   interfere with file downloads.
 * 3. **FTP Access**: If the backup file is still on the server, you can try downloading
   it directly via FTP. Navigate to the `wp-content/ai1wm-backups` directory and
   look for your backup file there.
 * If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please reach out for further assistance.
