Need some changes – css?

This is the second try with this plugin. I have installed it again and I’m attempting to use the splash page with only a logo, the ‘continue to website’ button and I would love to have ‘continue to Facebook page’ button as well.
At this point, I have turned off the title, and the text. I added a logo and used the centre option. Previewing the page however it shows some problems.
– The logo is centered, but it’s crammed to the top of the page.
– Since the text and title are turned off, the ‘continue to website’ button actually covers part of the logo.
– Lastly, how can I add another button for “continue to Facebook page’I don’t know if CSS will solve these issues. If I used a much larger logo so it looks good on a desktop, is it going to resize on mobile devices?
Is this plugin actively supported still? The posts aren’t very new.
