Hello,
I wish to add a Nonce at (B) in the screenshot.
Do I need to switch Enable ESI (A) to ON for this to work?
Or do I just add the Nonce, and leave the Switch to OFF?

yes , A is the master switch , then you need to add names into ESI nonce field

The nonce I wish to add is not in this list: https://github.com/litespeedtech/lscache_wp/blob/master/data/esi.nonces.txt
Does the Nonce have to be in the list to work, or can I add the Nonce on my site ESI without adding it to the list?

no , the list comes with few default included , you can add into that B section as your screenshot for ones that doesn’t included by default

Does ESI work also for mobile cache (LiteSpeed > Cache > Cache Mobile: ON)?
