# Need to paste the tracking code manually?

 * If I install Site kit and connect with GA successfully.
    Do I still need to copy
   the tracking code(gtag.js) from GA and paste it to my site manually?

 * You can setup [Analytics or Tag Manager through Site Kit](https://imgur.com/a/MYZUSCF)&
   it can place the code automatically for you on configuring the account. Also 
   we’d be happy to inspect on activating the Analytics if you wish.
