 * I need vertical Tab Menu plugin as I am new to wordpress

 * If you know CSS you should be able to use Tabby Responsive Tabs with some custom
   styles to create vertical tabs where the tabs are stacked in a column to the 
   left of the tab content panel.
 * I have not had a need for this myself so don’t currently have a tested example
   of the CSS you would need. I may add this as an option to a future version of
   this plugin or as part of an add-on.
