   accomplished within Madmimi itself

 * Have you tried the [Gravity Forms Mad Mimi Add-on](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/gravity-forms-mad-mimi/)?
   It’s much more flexible, but requires [Gravity Forms](http://katz.si/gravityforms),
   which costs $39.
