Nested ordered list gets corrupted using classic editor

Hi,

I have been experiencing something strange with nested lists. I am not sure what the root cause is.

However, I thought I should report it here also.

Can you please help to resolve this issue. Is the root cause WordPress/Gutenberg or is it the Classic Editor plugin? Is there a solution?
