# Network admin

 * Greetings
 * I wish to update to 4.2.1
 * it looks like after update to 4.2, I have lost the network admin right
 * when I do
 * `<?php echo get_site_option( 'admin_email' ).'<br />'; ?>`
 * it well return my own address, so I should be the network admin right?
 * so I can login, no problem,
 * on the upper nav bar I have the ‘my site’ drop down with the list of all the 
   sites, but there is NOT the ‘Network Admin’ label in this dropdown
 * if I try a direct link like
 * [http://mysite.com/wp-admin/network/](http://mysite.com/wp-admin/network/)
 * I have the following message
    “ You do not have sufficient permissions to access
   this page. “
 * so look like I don’t have this network admin right
 * How can I reset the network admin? or how can I change my own right to upgrade
   it to network admin thru phpmyadmin for example
 * Thank you in advance cause I am stuck for updating this network
