 * Hello I am trying install a theme for my website.
 * I have tried a few times and i get the same error
    “**A communication error occurred:“”
   The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing
   it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.”
 * Please let me know what the issue is
 * Using godaddy.com for hosting
