The site that provides the update files for the theme is having problems. 2. Its really great to know that you provide top of the line support. * Regarding your questions I am using a linux server * 1)I was using the theme before with your plugin and there were no problems. A new update of the theme just came out, and I have not seen any complaints on the form suggesting that the theme is causing this issue, so apparently the theme is not the issue. * 2)The theme is from Themeforest, and it is calld Jupiter. Since that too was related to uploading content to the site, it is likely that your server configuration is preventing the process from completing. For instance, it could be that the PHP timeout is very low, resulting in WordPress not being able to finish installing the theme update. You should contact your hosting company to find out why the requests are timing out.
