    i have followed the instructions

 * If I am understanding correctly, you are trying to reset the password for the
   network administrator on your multisite install.

 * I have done this two ways,
 * I have reset the password via the hosting platform.
 * I have also following the online (rest password) instructions.
 * I am able to get onto my site within problems
