 * I have registered my Domain and hosting package with Network Solutions for over
   14 years, currently hosting two WordPress Blogs. Since four days I try to resolve
   an issue by gaining permission and access to mySQL database. I have used the 
   e-mail option of GoldVIP but it took customer service three days to reply with
   a wrong e-mail reply meant for a Larry Layno. The solution suggested was totally
   not relevant to my request. I therefore called up the GoldVIP customer care number
   to resolve my queries over the phone which by the way was costly as I was calling
   from Dubai, UAE. After talking for more than 30 minutes on the phone my issue
   was still not resolved. Furthermore I was told since I use the Open Source Library
   WordPress application in my hosting package, there is no way I can gain access
   to mySQL database. I therefore should install WP manually and create my own Database.
   However Network Solutions could not advise and guide me in this process as it
   was beyond their technical capability!?
 * My question is now; for almost two years running my Blogs I had not known that
   I will have no access to the database. Just in case something would go wrong 
   I would not be able to fix any issues regarding the database. However I do pay
   for services provided by the company.
 * I am now in a dilemma and so upset that finally I will change my host.
 * Does anyone have a good recommondation>
